The phone I ordered Oct 26th is still in NY on the 31st. I can't believe a business holds orders instead of getting them to the post office more efficiently.It arrived Friday Nov 8, it would NOT locate a provider so it could not make or receive calls. I spent hours on my hubby's phone with PURE TALK USA trouble shooting and the phone was defective. I sent it back requesting a full refund. It took 2 weeks to arrive then had to send it back. Now I have another week to wait for the next phone to arrive from a different vendor.

Adam and melvin helped me today when my phone had a SIM failure issue (and my service provider didn't want to help me because I bought the phone from electronicsforce and not from the direct at&t corporate store). They were both very accommodating and professional. They also saved me a trip to the At&t Store. I appreciate you all.
